The Company may also process and disclose aggregated and anonymized information that does not identify any individual for any purposes permitted by applicable law.
6. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures.
Residents of some U.S. states have certain rights with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of their Personal Information. These rights generally include rights to access, delete, and correct your Personal Information, subject to some exceptions. If you have an account on our Website, you may also be able to access, correct, and delete some of the Personal Information we maintain about you by accessing your account.

If you submit an appeal, please enclose or specifically reference your initial request, so that we may appropriately assess and respond to your appeal. We will process your requests and any subsequent appeals in accordance with applicable law.
Under some U.S. privacy laws, disclosure of information collected via cookies and other online tracking technologies, such as IP addresses and other unique identifiers, may constitute a “sale” of Personal Information and processing of personal information for “targeted advertising” purposes. Accordingly, although we do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration, we do “sell” Personal Information and process Personal Information for purposes of “targeted advertising,” as those terms are defined under U.S. privacy laws, via cookies and other tracking technologies used on our Services. To opt out of sales and/or processing of Personal Information for purposes of targeted advertising, you may contact us at privacy@HelixIntel.com. Our Website is not currently configured to comply with opt-out preference signals, including “Do Not Track” requests. If we recognize opt-out preference signals in the future for compliance with U.S. privacy laws that apply to us, we will update this Policy accordingly.
We do not use Personal Information for profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Additional Disclosures for Certain U.S. Residents.
(a) Direct Marketing Disclosure for California Residents. California law permits California residents to request once in any calendar year certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes. (b) Disclosure for Nevada Consumers. We may sell “Covered Information” as defined under Nevada law, but we generally do not disclose “Personal Information” as defined under Nevada law to third parties for their own purposes. 8. Data Security. The Company has implemented measures designed to secure Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of Users’ Personal Information also depends on each User. Where the Company has given Users (or where a User has chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Website, each User is responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Although the Company takes appropriate measures to protect Personal Information, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and the Company cannot fully guarantee the security of Personal Information transmitted via our Services. Any transmission of Personal Information to us by the User is at the User’s own risk. The Company is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
9. Third-Party Links. We may provide links to third-party websites on our Services. We are not responsible for the collection or use of your Personal Information on any third-party websites or other offerings. If you use a link on our Services to access a third-party website, app, or other service, any collection of your Personal Information by that third party will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. 10. Children’s Personal Information. The Website is not intended for children under sixteen (16) years of age. No one under age sixteen (16) may provide any information to or on the Website. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under sixteen (16). Children under sixteen (16) may not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features, register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website, or provide any Personal Information or other information to the Company, including their name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or other user name. If the Company learns it has collected or received Personal Information or other information from a child under sixteen (16) without verification of parental consent, the Company will promptly delete that User Data. 11. Changes to this Policy. This Policy is subject to change by the Company at any time, subject to the Company notifying Users of any material changes by sending a notice to the email address registered to Users’ Company account on the Website, or by placing a prominent notice on the Website, so that Users can choose whether to continue using the Website and related services. Material changes will go into effect no less than thirty (30) days after such notification; provided, non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting of the updated Policy on the Website.
