What you will do

• Keep our Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) product team moving forward
• Convert customer and internal feedback into actionable features and new work for the development team
• Analyze the competitive landscape to understand how we compare and identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to feature and roadmap planning, balancing customer needs and business priorities
• Work on specific initiatives related to our CMMS product, collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams
• Break down goals into actionable tasks, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and projects on track
• Work with the marketing and customer success teams to establish external communications and ensure successful product adoption
• Help to shape the future of our department by establishing best practices and taking on new responsibilities as we grow
• Participate in a team lunch and in-person meeting one day a week

What you bring

• 1-3 years of project or product management experience
• Strong understanding of software development and web technologies
• Ability to understand and break down problems
• Ability to work within and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to distill complex information
• Strong customer empathy and focus on user experience
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Familiarity with Insurance or Facility Maintenance industries preferred

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $120,000. The range represents the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is influenced by the work location and other factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
