About the Role 

HelixIntel uses channel partners to deliver our CMMS software platform and products to stakeholders in the property management ecosystem.  Our value begins with our CMMS platform, designed specifically for property and asset managers.  We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive the acquisition of customers for our CMMS platform and maintain relationships post-onboarding. The role will require a passion for SaaS software, an ability to build strong relationships, and refined project management skills.  Ultimately, you will take a process-oriented approach to developing a pipeline of interested parties and converting them to customers on our platform.  

What You Will Do 

  • Schedule virtual demonstrations of the CMMS Platform with prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver engaging, tailored presentations showcasing the CMMS platform’s features, benefits, and value to diverse audiences.
  • Understand client maintenance needs and customize demonstrations to highlight relevant solutions.
  • Answer questions from prospective clients during demonstrations addressing technical and operational inquiries with clarity and confidence.
  • Follow up with leads post-demonstration, documenting feedback and passing qualified opportunities to the Onboarding team.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to stay updated on CMMS platform features, updates, and capabilities.
  • Provide insights to marketing and product teams based on client feedback and demonstration trends to improve platform positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful adoption of the CMMS platform.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, goals, and platform enhancements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and CMMS advancements to provide clients with cutting-edge insights.

What You Will Do 

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields that support technical problem solving. 
  • Successful sales or customer success track record: Demonstrate a track record of driving sales or customer success in SaaS technology environments, and ideally in CMMS. 
  • Communication and Relationship Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and an aptitude for fostering relationships. 
  • Active listening and problem solving:  Have the ability to identify customer problems and present software solutions as viable options. 
  • CRM Exposure: Experience with CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.  
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and product improvement. 

Compensation 

The US-based salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. We consider an individual's background and experience when determining their final salary; therefore, the base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, as well as equity.

Location 

HelixIntel adds talent for in-office, hybrid, and remote roles.  This role allows for remote work with occasional travel for client meetings and team gatherings.  Our company is based in Buffalo, NY.
